Our Technology
Dual-Phase Microneedle Delivery Platform
ExoGenis develops a patented dissolvable microneedle platform designed to deliver sensitive bioactives through the skin in a controlled, non-invasive way. The system combines a stable mechanical base for safe insertion with a bioactive tip that dissolves gradually, supporting deeper penetration and consistent release.
Our approach draws on material science, microfabrication, and regenerative biotechnology to create a delivery method that is precise, scalable, and suitable for both professional and at-home use.
How It Works
1.Micro-channel creation
Ultra-fine microneedles gently create channels in the skin to support absorption without pain or downtime.
2.Dual-phase structure
A firm base ensures reliable insertion, while the dissolving tip releases bioactives in a staged manner.
3.Controlled dissolution
The material composition is engineered to balance penetration, stability, and sustained release rather than the rapid melt typical of conventional patches.
Designed for Fragile Bioactives
Many advanced bioactives such as peptides, growth-factor complexes, and extracellular-vesicle preparations break down under heat, pressure, or rapid dissolution.
Our platform is engineered to support:
• Improved structural stability during embedding
• Gentle dissolution that avoids thermal or mechanical degradation
• More consistent interaction with the skin environment
• Better retention at the intended delivery depth
This design makes the system suitable for next-generation formulations across regenerative skincare and future clinical collaborations.
Current Applications
Our first commercial applications focus on regenerative skincare, where controlled delivery of sensitive ingredients can meaningfully enhance texture, hydration, and overall skin vitality.
The same underlying platform supports multiple future directions, including:
• Post-procedure recovery support
• Maintenance between dermatology visits
• OEM and white-label formulations
• Clinic-integrated protocols
• Research-grade biologic delivery systems
Scientific Development & Validation
The ExoGenis platform is under ongoing technical validation with leading partners in Denmark and internationally.
Work includes:
• Mechanical performance mapping
• Penetration-depth profiling
• Stability studies
• Release-kinetics characterization
• Material-biologic compatibility testing
Each step strengthens the data package behind our delivery system and supports expansion into clinical, aesthetic, and wellness applications.
A Scalable Platform
The microneedle architecture, materials, and manufacturing approach are intentionally designed for:
• High reproducibility
• Consistent batch performance
• Integration into GMP workflows
• Adaptation across bioactive types
• Both professional and consumer end-use
